Finding the right lesson material
Match the book, section and opening text. Identical lesson, page or track numbers do not always refer to the same material.
Identify the book and section
Check full title, publisher, volume and edition first. 大家学标准日本语 is not the same series as this site’s Standard Japanese. For Lesson 26, find the lesson before assuming track 26 matches. Vocabulary audio can play correctly while not being the intended passage; that is not a load failure.
Use content evidence for pages and tracks
Printed page 42 and reader page 42 can differ because of covers, front matter or segmentation. Locate the heading, exercise number and first sentence independently in text and notes. Match audio by title and opening; inspect edition or section when characters or openings differ.
Keep a reproducible location record
Record book, lesson, section, printed page or exercise and URL. Report those identifiers plus opening differences rather than say 26 is wrong. Use the edition guide for compatibility, and troubleshooting for unavailable or failed resources instead of guess more numbers.
Example
Location record: Minna Elementary II | Lesson 26 | conversation | matching heading and opening. Track numbers can differ; section and content remain the evidence.
Check your understanding
Write the current resource’s book, lesson, section and opening.
Explanation
Use it when all four match the intended task; a page or track number alone is insufficient.
